Shipping is FREE both ways on all our rental plans.

| How do I return my book(s)? |

Use the mailer envelope that was provided with your initial shipment and drop it in your mailbox or at the post office. Postage is paid for the return. Make sure you are returning all books or just some books according to your rental plan. Please pack your items as tightly as possible in the mailer to prevent damage during shipping.

| When will my order ship? |

We use U.S. Postal Service Media Mail to ship all our items. Media Mail takes from 3 to 10 business days. After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped.
